Although the service department was short handed, the two people that I dealt with made me feel as if I was the most important customer there. The young lady who greeted me had a welcoming smile and directed me to the person that would be taking care of my vehicle. Cameron was polite, and professional. Both of these people are an asset to Lost Pines Toyota.

I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I will absolutely be back with my Tahoe and Duramax as needed. thank you, Neal and the technicians for excellent service

My truck runs so much better after the transmission was replaced. I am definitely grateful for the loaner truck that I was given to drive while my truck was getting fixed. I am grateful that my truck is fixed, and that I am able to drive it again!!

We had our transmission replaced at 124,000 miles on a 2018 Buick Enclave. Covert did a wonderful job and took care of every concern. Mark Cordez is our service coordinator at Covert and he is very capable and wonderful to work with. Not happy with the transmission but very happy with Mark Cordez.
