Wow. Taryn, that is so awesome. I had given up hope of trying to track down the backup camera issue after all this time. Thank you for bringing it to management's attention so they could take it to the next level, which to their credit they did. I know the problem may not be discovered this trip but at least I have hope you are all trying and will see it through. 😊 As a business owner for 40 years and caring deeply about our clients I give you an A+ as far as valuable employees that understand how a customer feels and helping the customer want to be loyal to your company. I felt a difference when I first walked in and how you greeted me. I was thinking this person is prepared, knows exactly what i am coming in for, asks confirming questions and is actually really listening to me. That has so often not been my experience. Which ever Tech called me to let me know it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow helped me understand it was so you could finish tracking down the problem and get it right for me. He apologized that is would take longer and made no excuses. So happy you were on duty when i walked in.
