I had been shopping around for quite a while, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a video showing the car that I was interested in. From start to finish, I received exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and an overall experience that was over and above what I expected. I initially worked with Pedro, so I'd like to give him credit for doing an awesome job at getting me in, but was handed off to Mitchell who also did an outstanding job. He continued to communicate every step of the way and made me feel like I mattered. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience and will absolutely be a return customer for life.

Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam!

We were in the market for an EV lease and a friend referred us to Simpson Chevrolet. From the first text message with Randy and his team to the time we closed the deal, the entire process was extremely seamless. The team clearly told us all the terms up front and this was an exceptional one-pay lease deal. Couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was. We went in to test drive the car and they set up everything for us to complete online so we didn't need to waste hours at the dealership. Came in the following day, picked up the car and were on our way. Even when we had some initial set up issues Seth, Tyler, and Randy went above and beyond to get sorted for us. This has probably been the smoothest car leasing/buying experience we've had in the last decade. Thank you to Randy, Seth and Tyler! We love our new Chevy and love the deal you helped us with.

Not only is service inept and more concerned about selling you a new car than helping you, but sales staff does not listen and will do everything in their power to juice as much money as possible from you. When asked they magically have no recollection of previous conversations and correspondence. Then try to gaslight you that you are the problem. Nope didn't fall for your crap where you wanted to sell me a vehicle for twice what I wanted to pay monthly. Be warned!!!!! 0 stars if possible. Pissed me off bad enough I have been in touch with GM CEO, head of costumer relations GM corporate, and the corporate customer care.

I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make

There were some initial issues and miscommunications that left me frustrated, but once I voiced my concerns, they went above and beyond. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they’re handled and I feel the team showed genuine care in resolving the situation. I’m happy with the final outcome and their willingness to stand by their work.

I have been with Fremont Chevrolet since 2016. I know going to the dealer can be a bit pricey. But I go to the dealer because I bought my cars from there and that is where I feel I will get the best service. I bought a Spark in 2016 and then traded it in 2024 for a 2020 Tahoe. One of my favorite cars. Though it came with a few surprises, I love it. Chevrolet Service department took care of it right away because my sales agent knew I really wanted this car. I love the Fremont Chevrolet team and will miss them. We have a great relationship. Hope to see you when I come back to visit Cali. Have to find a new Chevrolet on the east coast now🫶🏽
