One of the nicest, most professional sales dealerships I have ever encountered in Florida. The response time from all personnel at the dealership was almost immediate. Gabe was more than helpful, especially in the delivery of the car. He professionally worked with me to be sure I got the deal I wanted. The best part of working with Gabe was there was NO PRESSURE!!! Alex took care of all the financing paperwork, all I had to do was sign. Both of them answered every question I had and made recommendations I would not have even thought of. And the deal on paper was exactly the deal we talked about. That was important to me after being cheated by a dealer in South Florida. Wonderful expereience.

I bought a 2020 Certified pre-owned Buick Enclave with 53,000 miles from Boris and about 30 seconds after driving off the lot the power steering froze up. Could barely turn the wheel, putting myself and others in a potentially dangerous situation. I immediately drove it back to the lot and since it was 7:30 the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and someone took my keys and said they would send to service the next morning. Had to Uber home. Here we are over 2 weeks later and being told there is no ETA as the part needed is back ordered. So I am now paying for a car that Immediately went into the shop, and could potentially be there for up to 6 months, maybe longer. I asked for a refund given the situation but only offered an exchange for something the same price, which there happens to be nothing in inventory. I knew something was fishy with this dealership when about 8 months ago I came in to test drive a Mercedes but was told the manager had driven it home for the night…. All the way to Sarasota. I should’ve listened to my better instincts and avoided this dealership as it’s obvious they treat their used cars like garbage. I would avoid buying anything from this dealership if you can.

Service dept is amazing. Working with Jamie is wonderful. I have had my 2011 car serviced there since 2016. I can’t recommend them for sales. The sales manager told me my car had a blemish on Carfax and therefore the value was reduced. When I asked to see the report he would not show it to me. I asked what the issue was, he would not tell me. I because very suspicious. I have a friend at KIA who ran the report for me and it was a lie. My car is a top rated car in carfax.

I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a significant amount of disappointment and frustration with a recent experience I had at BMW Lakeland dealership. As loyal BMW customers for over a decade, we never expected to be treated with such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and organization. The salesperson I dealt with was unreasonably emotional when we brought up our own secured financing. Rather than assisting me with care and respect, their behavior was erratic and dismissive — completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to value its customers. To make matters worse, I was told to consider donating my vehicle, only to later receive a letter from the general manager of the dealership offering to purchase it for over market value “REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION”. This inconsistency either reflects poor internal communication or a careless attempt to mislead, and it has left me questioning the integrity of your sales process. Additionally, the salesperson and finance manager showed no willingness to negotiate on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I approached this transaction in good faith and with the intention of continuing my long-standing relationship with BMW, but I was met with inflexibility and disregard. That rigid and dismissive approach, combined with the rest of this experience, made it clear that my loyalty and time were not valued. Unfortunately, due to this experience, you have lost a long-standing customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to address the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care demonstrated by your staff. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to purchase two brand new vehicles. Very sad to have had this experience with BMW.

Positive: This dealership had a nice quantity & quality of vehicles. It was clean and spacious. Vehicle pricing is top tier. Negative: Our experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. We drove 5 hours to get to this dealership because we felt it would provide us with the best experience (per reviews) and deal (per research), yet it did not. 1. Salesperson-Michael exhibited a subpar level of customer service. He was inattentive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He was not welcoming and stayed on his phone texting/reading messages. He did not explain anything about the vehicle. When he pulled the vehicles up for us to look at them it was raining. He expected us to view them in the pouring rain. His excuse was there was no room under the overhang that customer view vehicles. Why, because another staff member's personal vehicle (per Michael's report- which was true Miata- tan cloth drop top) was parked under the overhang. My hubby drove us to the WAWA so we could be under an overhang and view the vehicle without continuing to get soaked. When we asked questions, Michael replied in an agreesive tone and his words were biting. I had enough and proceeded to let him know how his behavior was affecting our customer experience. 2. Now after signing the buyer's sheet is when we were informed that they had made a mistake with pricing due to sales tax. This now was increasing the price by approximately $2.5k. Not a cheap mistake. Mind you this was the 2nd buyer's sheet in approximately 3 weeks. You had my address and where I planned to register this vehicle at from the beginning. This was the final straw and we had to just walk away. We understand mistakes happen, but mixed with horrible customer service is a deal breaker for us. Would we have closed the deal with the mistake yes, but we refuse to give our hard earned money for poor customer service.
