I received great customer care at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. I went in to have my brakes checked and washed told I didn’t knew. Takes at this time. I was very appreciative to not be sold something I didn’t need. They did a full check on my car, topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and washed my car, all complimentary. I’m very happy with the service and my personal concierge Angelina at Parks Lincoln!

She got a new engine from Kia under a recall quickly and provided a rental car for a couple days until the engine was delivered and installed. She communicated via text to give updates. Car seems to be running great now, I will definitely be returning for future service.

They picked up my car from my house, serviced it within a few hours and returned it to me fresh out of the car wash. The service rep was quick on messaging updates.
