Michael buck is a phenomenal salesman. He understood exactly what we wanted and didn’t at all try to push anything else onto us. It truly felt like he worked towards what was in our best interest. The finance manager, Joseph on the other hand is very pushy to make a decision on something you do not want and degraded my boyfriend when asking questions. His reply about service package questions were “ well that’s great you can do oil changes but are you also a software engineer” we stood our ground and walked out with what we wanted. had it been ANY other salesman, than Michael, we would have walked away.
