Rob is great! He really goes above and beyond with us. You can tell he cares more about you than about making a sale. The one bit of feedback I'd give is more of a general tip, and not a reflection of him. If you buy accessories from Chevy (or anywhere for that matter), I recommend looking at the actual product. The front, driver side, all weather mat doesn't cover the area on the left side where most people tend to rest their left foot. I consider this a pretty big shortcoming, but not big enough to return. The cargo mat back seat guards need to be installed with pins that go into holes that are not visible. You actually need to push through the fabric on the seats. This is not obvious. I also don't love the idea of damaging the fabric, but they are Chevy accessories so I suppose it is ok. Lastly, I was told the matt would work in the upper and lower position, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how it would fit in the lower position. It seems too wide.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

Where do i start. 1. Told my i was financed at 3.9% interest Reality it was 5.9 my bad i didnt double check and call him on it. 2. Tried to buy my wifes truck which at the time a 2018 Ford F150 extended cab. When we turned it in after 3 years it only had 28950 miles on it. They offered 4500 more than we owed. Below book value. I saw many on Craigs list with alot more miles being sold for 35000 and more 26000 wasnt getting that truck. 3.my most recent purchase. The rear bumper cover had been painted. I never noticed it till i had the car in the shade. Thats when the pearl paint was noticably differant. They never told me it had been repainted. They said they didnt know. I am sure i took a hosing on other purchases. Buyer beware check your paperwork before you sign. Make them earn your trust. 4. After i told them to go pound sand they had the xxxxx to ask to come in and let them try again. Sorry i only need a slap in the face one time. Never again Ps. We purchase 5 cars through them. To bad they could have sold more.

I test drove a Honda Pilot and liked it very much. It was obvious that it needed brake work from the shudder and the cruise did not work. My husband saw that the battery had been used to jump or was jumped recently. The salesman questioned my ability to use the cruise control and said the battery was fine. He also claimed it was a Georgia car. (Sold in Maine- stayed in Maine.) I had planned ahead and made an appointment in two days for a local mechanic to look over the vehicle. We have trusted him for over 10 years. The dealer claimed that the Pilot was going to be taken to another dealership because someone else was interested in it before my appointment. Oh well, I said. He offered to take the car to the mechanic early so we would have our answer before the other customer’s appointment. Sure! The next day, someone from our mechanic’s shop called to say everything was fine and to go ahead and buy the car. We returned his call to ask him what was fine? Did he check all the things we had problems with? He said the dealer had told him just to check fluid levels. Later that day, our mechanic himself called. The cruise control was broken (electronics!), the rotors were warped, and the battery was bad. We paid our mechanic for his time. We called the dealer and told him that we wouldn’t buy any car from them.
