My independent shop had identified the issue, and I contacted Conicelli to see if there was any warranty or goodwill help available. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a long-time customer, even though I’d only used Conicelli once before. Racheal, my service representative, greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and took ownership of my situation. Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.
