Scott met us outside and was very helpful as we were looking for a used Yukon that we had done a search for. He was able to find it in no time and let us try it out. He went over every little detail of the vehicle and we did sign the P$S that day. He actually delivered it to the following week after it was detailed. There was no pressure to purchase if we felt it wasn't what we were looking for.

Quick, thorough, and kind sums him up. this dealer offers some great affordable options. i was looking for a third vehicle to haul the dogs around in. they had a great price on a 17 ridgeline. i went there on a sunday to just check it out knowing the dealer was closed, but to my surprise Tino was working! i would have no hesitation buying another car from them!

We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. She took the time to walk us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Ryan Boulter, the Sales Manager, was equally great to work with—approachable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to go over the warranty and financing details, Tiffany Nowicki, the Finance Coordinator, was excellent. Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC.
