**Worst experience**. Never recommend and don't waste your time. I went to look for an pre-owned GLS 450 which was listed the price as $41994.00 online. After the initial discussion and finishing test drive we went to the table for final discussion. Here come the superhero. The service manager came with papers and told the price listed in online Lincoln website is incorrect. He increased the vehicle price closure to $49000.00. I asked what going on. He casually replied the price is incorrect in website and said that will be refreshed over month end. OMG, I have no words and nothing to talk. I simply walked out as I felt arguing with that guy is useless. It was a terrible experience. I wasted so much time and walked out with much disappointments. Venting out my frustration here. I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.

As a loyal ford customer ( more than 120 cars ) im sad to say I will never buy another from gengras . I brought my explorer in for service and was given nothing but a run around and unclear reasons as to what was wrong or what was being done to fix it . Customer service end of things ( Jenny ) I found rude and pretty had to beg to get calls . The car was over charged for work performed in the 3 weeks it sat there right down to the last moment when I was charged 430 dollars in labor for something that took 35 minutes ( wish I got paid that rate ) … do yourself a favor and google gengras ford customer complaints …pretty much everything that comes up I am experiencing . Sadly I miss Crowley and will no longer be buying my cars at this location .

Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased another car and just bought it out. I was told that I could purchase a powertrain warranty for $295 at the time of my buyout. I wanted to discuss with someone else and asked if I could get back to him (Tony). I decided to purchase the warranty approximately 10 days later. I called Tony to see if it was still available and he checked with his boss Tommy and I was told yes they would do it. I was told to come in the next day and meet with Marie. I arrived at the dealership and sat down with Maria who proceeded to tell me that because I didn't purchase it at the time of buyout that they would have to do a 125 point inspection at my additional cost of $385. I was NEVER told that. I was told that I could make a decision after buyout date but don't wait to long. I called to check if the purchase opportunity was still available and was told it was. Then like the sneaky sly group they are, they tried to force me into an additional $385 cost. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LINCOLN OR A NEW CAR, GO ELSEWHERE!!
