Salesperson ok but doesn’t know about the vehicles (said the CX5 2023 Carbon had touch screen and then after I bought it said it probably doesn’t have Apple Cat play after we couldn’t get it to work - and by the way, the 2023 CX5 doesn’t have touch screen) and appeared impatient and annoyed when we wanted to see different models (felt like we were wasting his time). Rank 3 of 5. Didn’t understand why they had paperwork issues when I arrived and couldn’t figure it out before an appointment I made 5 days earlier. I had to wait 1 1/2 to be seen by the finance person. Salesperson couldn’t find second key for car. Made appointment 5 days earlier. Why couldn’t they prepare in advance. Now I have come all the way back for service to program a new key. Both managers (man and woman) were very nice. 5of5 Finance person was good and no pressure sales when I said no add ons at the start. 5 of 5 Service center woman that answers the phone, dedicated and spent lots of time over the phone trying to help me with Apple Car play. 5 of 5 Overall experience 4 of 5.

Manchester Mazda is a 1st class, well run and managed dealership. The facility is new, modern and welcoming. While you wait for service or shop they have a cute coffee & snack setup. Their sales folks now also do the financing so you don't have to go to the "corner office" to fight with the Finance Mgr over add-ons any longer! friendly, efficient and professional id how I'd describe the culture here. Lisa F. is an amazing sales manager and has been there for years. Kris was our sales rep and SUPER helpful!

I had a great experience with this dealership. They were super accomodating. Called about a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Jessica. She kept an open line of communication with me and promptly answered any question I had and met all of my needs during the process. The finance manager, Gabe, was just as helpful. Even needed some paperwork after I received the vehicle and he sent me everything I needed within a day. I am very grateful for my experience with buying my vehicle through this dealership. Due to a conflicting work schedule they even delivered the car right to my door. Would highly recommend!

Avoid Riley Mazda at all costs. Their service department is completely unorganized, leaderless, and incompetent. Jeremy and his Service manager, Chris, are liars who have zero sense of customer service. I dropped off the car for a simple software update at 7:30 AM, and now, 6 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car.  If I had been told it would be an all-day affair, I would have asked for a loaner.  Now I am stranded, and Jeremy and Chris couldn't care less.  I obviously will never work with these clowns again.
