I cannot say enough about the people I’ve dealt with. They are so kind and very professional! I like that I am not “pushed”into purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, Helena O’Connell is so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted out of my new car. I also like that there’s no haggling over prices. You are given the best deal right from the get go. I will never go to another dealership. This place is first class from sales to finance to service!!!! Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

Very approachable, knowlegable & professional. There were no high pressure sale tactics at all from him. He provides you all the information you are looking for so you can make an informed decision. I absolutely love my new Forester Hybrid. Besides thanking Jesse, I also wanted to give a massive thank you to Regina from the "Love Encore" program. After I drove the car for about a month, she reached out to schedule time with me to go through in person literally all the features of the car. I learned so much from her. She is amazing!

It was easy to make an appointment. The staff are very friendly and communicate well. Their take-in and waiting areas are very clean and comfortable. Coffee, water, fruit and snacks were available for waiting clients. Diagnostic inspection were video recorded for client review prior to speaking with a service rep. It's a smart use of modern technology. My aoto repairs were completed in the same day. I highly recommend White Plains Subaru for their excellent service. They clearly take pride in their customer service.

I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru. I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
