The best car buying experience I've had. It was my son's first car buying experience and both Larry Basilio & Joanne Piazza were a tremendous help in purchasing a used F-150. They were both patient and very knowledgeable and talked my son though the process. They also gave a great trade-in value for his current vehicle. Every part of the experience was amazing. My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

Sales Agent and Sales Manager both were amazing and offered me a great deal. We quickly got the deal done. But I’m extremely disappointed with the Finance Manager, first he took forever to call us in his office for the paperwork even he didn’t have any other customer in his office. It simply explains that Customers isn’t his top priority. When he called us in his office for paperwork, he took forever to complete it and had me to sign 100s of papers like I’m getting a mortgage. I have purchased many cars in the past but never had to sign these many papers or never had to wait for finance manager to complete the paperwork. So 5 stars to David (manager) and Kenny (sales agent) and zero start for the Finance Manager.
