I cried letting go of my bright red, stick-shift Mazda3 after 16 years and 192,145 miles of life’s journeys. Michael Kinney — my sales associate turned therapist — could not have been more understanding. He took his time with me and was thorough and fair while negotiating the price on my new Mazda CX-30. My new Mazda is beautiful. In fact, I drove from New York City to meet it. Little did I know it would be my red Mazda’s last great road trip. The irony? I bought that fierce red machine in the Lehigh Valley, PA… and returned it to the Keystone State. Full circle. If you love your car and it’s quietly telling you “it’s time,” I’d consider visiting Michael. He doesn’t charge for the hours of talk therapy.
