My wife and I enjoyed working with Adrian on finding the Silverado that we wanted after the one we were interested in was sold. He found another out of state and was able to get down to New Castle. After we decided to buy it, I want some added on, running boards, bed liner, bed cover, he took me over to meet Chris in Parts and we three put together the parts list, Chris ordered everything and we scheduled the service to install all this stuff. The installation when great and I’m a happy person. To me, this is a great organization.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. In addition, she was patient and understanding when it came to informing me about all of the car's features once the purchase was made. I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well deserved. I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

By chance they had the car and color that I wanted and because of the excellent service and personality of the sales person Neil, March, a few hours later I had my brand new 2025 CadillacCT5. It was the best car buying experience I ever had which says a lot because I detest the process. I would recommend them if you’re interested!

Went for my regular maintence service: oil change and tire rotation. I was told waiting hours is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was directed to stay at the waiting area. They have big screen TV and was on for news channel. After about 50 minutes I was called and told that my truck was ready. No futher recommendations needed at the time of my service. My advisor gave me brief explanation of the service because it was only oil change and tire rotation. She went with me to the cashier and asked me if I have any questions. Told her that I understand what she told me.. I went around my truck to checked if everything is okay and I didn’t see any problem.
