Global imports BMW and it's associates continue to set an example of how a dealership should be run. I had the pleasure of having Scott Jackson as my service associate at my most recent visit. They were accommodating , knowledgeable, and kind. They truly helped make my experience there great. The service team was able to fix my vehicle while not just throwing parts at it. They were able to identify the real problem and provide a solution to it. The parts they DO provide are OEM, and good quality. On top of this: They have been absolutely great about honoring any warranty concerns I have. I continue to enjoy the comfortable waiting area , full restaurant, and free wifi every time I visit, as well.

I love my new Ghibli and had a fabulous experience working with Dick Ivey. I was anticipating that walking into a Maserati dealership would be intimidating (especially as I was in from out of town and traveling alone), but Dick immediately put me at ease with his kindness and genuine spirit. I appreciated the knowledge he shared about these beautiful cars in a way that I could understand. His great communication continued when a small problem came to light after the transaction closed- Dick (and the dealership) immediately worked to resolve the problem. I’m grateful that I found such a beautiful Ghibli, and especially grateful that I got to work with Dick! I will tell all of Nashville to go see Dick in Atlanta if they need a Maserati!

I had an amazing buying/leasing experience with Andrew. Not only did he get me a once in a lifetime deal on a Macan, but he also ensured I had everything I needed to have a great driving experience. I highly recommend Andrew if you are in the market to purchase a car. Not only is he experienced, he's also going to work to get you an amazing deal. Sean was also really great in Finance. I was able to set up my car lease via phone, and only had to come in to sign paperwork and have my vehicle detailed. I believe the entire experience was less than 2 hours. Again - the best people to work with.

Made an online reservation for a 20,000 mile service on our 2025 XC60. We also made a reservation for a loaner vehicle and had confirmation, as we had to attend a meeting in Atlanta that same morning. Upon checking in we were informed that no loaner vehicles were available. The Service Rep then offered a rental vehicle, which would have to be delivered to the dealership, or an Uber. In the interest of time we chose the Uber. Everything worked out great. So glad they offered other transportation options!!! During my meeting, I received texted updates from the Service Rep regarding the status of our vehicle. At the conclusion of our meeting, the Service Rep made return Uber arrangements for us. Upon returning, the Service Rep went over our vehicles service and check up very thoroughly. Great job, Great Customer Service!!

I really wasn’t expecting to write a review after purchasing this car, however, after buying this Porsche Panamara for my wife, how happy she was and how great Drive A Dream treated us, I felt compelled to write this review. We were given a fair price and talked with our salesman John, who was very knowledgeable, accommodating but, not pushy, which I appreciated very much. We received the vehicle within a week with free delivery included. To top it off, we needed to contact John shortly after receiving the Porsche to tell John there was a bubble on the front right tire and he immediately solved the problem. We went to the local tire replaced and were reimbursed from Kenny within a week. Kenny is the Service Manager, he was extremely nice and helpful.. Everyone is top notch at this dealership! I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle or refer my friends & family to Drive a Dream!
