The techs do a great job with their videos and reports and these are hugely beneficial in understanding the estimates and need for specific repairs. Do I think $680 is too much for an oil change??? 100%. I get it, it’s a Porsche but c’mon. Outside of that- keep doing what you do! Huge thank you to David!

I would have liked to have had more conversation after the service was completed but Samantha was away from her desk. The representative who completed the transaction and charge was nice also. I purchased a service package so maybe I don’t know how much I would have owed without that. That could be made more easy to understand, I know service is expensive but I was promised savings yet I had to pay for tire rotation even though I bought the wheel and tire protection as well so that was disappointing. Otherwise my first experience at your dealership was positive!
