Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. Michael was very courteous respectful of my time and all the confusion of trading vehicles but he understood and he worked very well with all of us. The dealership was nice and clean. Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.

Everybody treated me perfectly, gave me a vice to go by the only person that had an issue was the finance person he needs to go back to customer service school and not look into peoples pockets cause he don’t know what people are facing pushing items being a little pushy and then not explaining the Finance company just pushing it through. I’m a former insurance agent. I explained everything to my customers, and I wasn’t going fast enough to sign the papers considering my last card deal. I had a lot of concerns and I wanted to look over the paperwork very carefully, but this was all addressed with the general manager of this location, but everybody else I give them infinity and stars for customer service service help and efficiency except for the Finance person that handled my deal. This is my fifth Hyundai I have completed over 20 finances on cars and never met somebody so condescending, rude and obnoxious Jessica Lawrence
