The moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted with a smile from the front desk. We were paired with Lucas Simerman as our sales person. Lucas was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, respectful and fun to talk to. It was not our intention to purchase a vehicle when we stopped in but after working with Lucas we knew this dealership was the one we wanted to work with. We did purchase a vehicle and finance manager James Schubert made the final process quick and easy. We will return to this location for future purchases.

Completed first oil change and maintenance check since buying my car in August 2025. Was very surprised at how quickly and completely my service was completed. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Jim White. 2nd used vehicle. We hit a Deer & totaled our 2016 Rav 4. So I went with a list of what my next car needed to have our salesman had one up on the computer quickly & offered to bring it up for me to drive. Had not planned on a Hybrid but it checked all the boxes & is the color I had hoped to own someday. And we appreciate the Service Dept. Always good over the years. We have done business with Jim White since 2008.

NO communication or follow up from Joe; Sales, Terry; Sales Manager, Brandon ; Finance or Bob the GM. More than 20 days have lapsed since I made the Yark team aware in writing and verbally that I was canceling the intent to purchase a 2025 Crown Signia AND repeatedly requested the $1000 deposit refund. I have written communication that the deposit was fully refundable (minus the 3% CC fee) yet have had every follow up message ignored. Thankfully after sending emails to Terry Barnes and Bob Piehl yesterday requesting a phone call, a Yark representative Ginger Morgan has sent several text messages that "our team is currently reviewing your refund request and all related communications. We are looking into this and will get back with you with the necessary details" Buyer beware - the staff was very communicative in trying to close the sale but has not responded to one email, text or phone call to resolve the outstanding refund. If a team of 4+ can blatantly dismiss my repeat refund request, I cannot fathom the disregard a customer with sales or service issues may experience.

Worst experience ever, one star is being generous. Used car had numerous problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. They scanned it the next day and it has a list of issues which magically appeared as soon as we drive away with the check engine, light and coolant light. They are unwilling to fix anything. Steer clear, anywhere else would be better There’s an issue when the manager of the store won’t do anything, but then his boss is his wife and then her boss is her father That says enough right there

Not happy with customer service. I was supposed to receive a loaner vehicle from them. Instead I was asked for debit card. I will never use them again for service or purchase a vehicle. This was the third time I had to return for the same issue that was not corrected the first time. I've never been asked for a debit card to use a loaner.
