Updated review: While it took some effort on my part, the general manager was willing to ensure the cost of the repair to my 2025 GLI was covered. While I'm still not particularly pleased with Keith Haverty's customer service mentality, my experience with everyone else at the dealership has been stellar in both sales and service. Overall, the sales experience was fantastic. Derrick and Kevin were very helpful, professional, and honest. Alex and Derek in the service department were also very helpful and I felt really taken care of by all of them. My previous experiences with the service department with my prior car (2017 GLI) also exceeded my expectations. While the Troy dealership is no longer part of the Suburban family, my experience with the Suburban Collection has been absolutely stellar over the years. I'm glad my issue is being resolved, as I've grown to feel some loyalty to Suburban as they've otherwise always taken care of me and my wife and made us feel like valued customers. Sometimes things happen, and I'm thankful that this could be resolved amicably and that the business relationship between my family and Suburban can continue.

Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one. I live 1-1/2 hours from here, but ever since my experience in 2021 with, Sean Cubbler (now new car sales manager), was so amazing when he was a new car sales professional, I will not go to another dealership. MICHAEL QUERRO knocked it out of the park! Michael is an asset to Golling CDJR-Roseville. He was very responsive with sending me multiple quotes, text messaging, & phone calls. He is a NO PRESSURE sales professional and gave me time to digest the increased cost, giving me space, but not ignoring me. Since 2021, the cost of the same model RAM has gone up $10k (Stellantis increase, not dealer). I geared myself for it but was not as prepared as I should have been. Michael and Sean (Cubbler) came up with different payment scenarios to get me where I needed to be at, comfort wise, with payments!!! THANK YOU so much!!!! I will be returning soon for a 2024 JEEP!!!
