I had a pretty easy process. I simply walked up and saw a car I wanted and was in a test drive within a couple minutes. I bought the car the same day even though they had to fix the oil pan and stuff (the car was new to the dealership) but they made it work.

The dealer in general takes care of the cars and the cars are very protected in the big garage.
