I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW X5 diesel) statewide. I found a vehicle at Weatherford and began conversing with Glenn Scheffer to learn more. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used). At no point did I feel pressured or subjected to any hard sells of the vehicle or add-ons. After taking delivery, a BMW genius contacted me to go over features of my car via Zoom. Service Center customer service was great. Disappointed that there is a service charge to use a credit card, I will have to rethink my next large maintenance due, which will run about 2,000. Not sure I want to pay an additional 60 dollars to use my card which gives me points I use for travel.

UPDATE: After writing my first review, I was promptly contacted by a member of the customer service team. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!
