I must say my experience dealing with Hugo has been phenomenal! Not only is he very informed of the vehicles, but also goes above and beyond with due diligence. I know I can be a bit demanding with my requests as my lifestyle is quite hectic. I wanted a simple process to lease again and did not have time to come in and discuss all options. Hugo was always available, made himself available at the crack of dawn with questions fielded by me and went above and beyond to meet my husband and I in Cambridge to deliver the vehicle. I cannot say enough about his professionalism! I would certainly and have bragged about Hugo and Lexus in Bedford to many of my family members and co-workers.
