Not happy this visit I was very dissatisfied with the communication from my service advisor, Doug. I dropped my car off on a Friday and he said he would stay in touch. Saturday and Sunday I had to text him before the end of his shift to get an update. Monday I texted him and got no response. I later found out he was off, however, he didn’t hook me up with another advisor. I called the service department directly only to receive voicemail both times. I left a message with no response. I had to actually contact my dealer, Steve Venden in the afternoon to get an update and finally find out my car was ready. My prior visit my advisor was Jennifer and she was a much stronger communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Cherice Byler More
