I purchased a new 2022 Forester in late Dec. This dealership is great to work with and no matter how many times you show up for some help there is someone there to help you. Of course if you have dealership is great to work with and no matter how many times you show up for some help there is someone there to help you. Of course if you have time to call ahead that would be better to let them know you are coming. I love my new car now I just need to learn how to use all the great features it has. More

Our first contact with Subaru was through a phone call with Subaru salesperson, Shawna Williams, who was immediately sympathetic to our needing to find a car, given our particular and unplanned situation with Subaru salesperson, Shawna Williams, who was immediately sympathetic to our needing to find a car, given our particular and unplanned situation. She had many suggestions, all which might be good for us that didn’t involve her directly, She invited us to come to Subaru and mentioned that any of the sales staff could help. Her genuiness was so encouraging that we called back to ask to meet with her that day. During the course of the next 3 weeks, we finally have the perfect car for us and will be able to make our move yo our new home out of state. Shawna is solution-oriented and cares! She monitored the status of our order, and reported consistently, keeping us apprised and updated. Especially in these difficult times of car-transport challenges, Subaru’s mission and image is upheld and heightened by sales representatives sich as Shawna.
