I will start with the good. The service department took care of all of the issues with my new ZDX. I cannot say the same about the sales department. While I knew I was buying the sales manager's previous demo unit with 2k miles, I was told I was buying it or either of the other two new vehicles as a new car. That was not the truth. As a new electric vehicle owner, a ZDX, I should have the choice of electronic packages and I wanted the Acura home charger, Since the sales manager had selected the package that provided connectors to a regular home outlet and a NEMA 14-50. Anyone with an electric vehicles knows that plugging in to a regular home outlet is almost useless as it charges slowly and the 14-50 most homes only have for their dryer and range. The dealership did not honor me as a new vehicle owner and refused to provide the Acura charger and when I emailed Acura, they refused as well. i don't appreciate being lied to and will let anyone who asks know the truth about how this dealership and salesperson dealt with me.
