I brought my car in for a quote and was told they would look into prices for parts and then give me a call in the next couple of days. The person who worked with me was Paul. I called the service center three different times over the course of a month and was told he would get back to me, but he never did. I eventually had the work done somewhere else. The day after I picked up my car from the mechanic who did the work I received a text from Paul at 495 Mazda telling me to text him at any time during my service visit. I never had a service visit. They never called me back to schedule one. They just texted asking me for a review, so I am leaving one. More

I was purchasing a used car. The sales guy I was working with left the dealership in the middle of the transaction.
