Very unhappy with Subaru Service Dept. Dropped our Forester off previous day for Oil change, tire rotation, and estimate to repaint front bumper. I work in the area but travel an hour to g Dropped our Forester off previous day for Oil change, tire rotation, and estimate to repaint front bumper. I work in the area but travel an hour to get there. They had the vehicle all day. They said they would call when everything was completed. Never called. I stopped by at 4:45 in the afternoon to check and was told the technician was just finishing up. Underwriter told me they advised the tires didn't need to be rotated but they would if I wanted them to but would have to wait to be done. They never got the Body shop to give me an estimate to paint the fender but would if I didn't mind waiting. They had my vehicle for 24 hours to do an oil change!!! I made the appointment so everything would be done while I was working and needed to pick the truck up before driving an hour home. Pretty BIG waste of time. I still need the tires rotated and the paint estimate done but WILL NOT be returning to A&T Subaru for servicing. More
