Purchased my first Subaru 2/22/25. I worked with Stephen Thuel, he made it the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. He was kind, patient, professional, gentle and very knowledgeable about the product. He was not pushy or aggressive like some sale people can tend to be. This is the first dealership I encountered where the price of the certified pre-owned vehicle does not include a bunch of other bogus fees. The price was fair compared to my market research. I came in with my own pre-approved financing however Stephen suggested that I allow their finance department to see if they could get me a lower rate, and they did. I am a customer for life. He went above and beyond he took me to Enterprise so I could return my rental and then brought me back to the dealer to drive my car home. Thank you Stephen for being so kind! More
