A&T Subaru

Didn't buy the vehicle but Chris was awesome. After the transmission in my Chrysler Town and Country died over the summer I found myself in the market for a new vehicle. After lots of horrible experiences at the dealerships in the Lehigh Valley I finally found A&T online. Chris was great and very professional. Glad I drove the extra distance. The Outback 3.6R was a great ride and the wife and I were seriously considering it. The trade in offer from A&T for my T&C was reasonable. The vehicle I purchased was a new Colorado (midnight edition) and only because the sales person was a friend of the family and I had committed previously to a visit. Oh, by the way, Chris even let me test drive the Colorado he had on their Chevy lot. Anyway, it was bothering me to not mention the experience with Chris. Thank goodness there are still some good dealerships out there - unfortunately you just got to get through the weeds first. Chris, we'll catch up to you when the wife or kids need a car. More

Very happy with overall experience A & T was highly recommended by severval co-workers and I was not disappointed. Tom spent so much time showing me how to work everything and marked the sections of my owners manual that he felt would benefit me. Frank worked with me to keep my monthly payment within budget, explaining all the forms I needed to sign. I returned in about 2 weeks to meet with Loyda who went over anything I still had questions on after driving the car for awhile. That was very helpful. The showroom is clean, bright and very comfortable. I'm planning on returning for my service visits as they are close to my office and they offer a shuttle service or courtesy cars. . More

I am always greeted with smiles, their sales team, finance team, parts department and service are phenomenal. If I have a concern or question, it is answered with expediency and courtesy. They made sure that all additional parts were available and installed when I picked up my Legacy, Forester and my new Outback. This was a tough one with the loss of my husband and everyone who new him spoke to me and made sure I was doing ok. More

He seemed to genuinely like his job and wanted to do all he could do to help us. He never came across as a salesman, but more like a friend just trying to help us. I can't say how much we actually enjoyed the whole process of buying this car. I have NEVER been able to say that about any other salesman, and I've bought many new cars. He did all he could to make this process as painless as possible. He always was prompt to return calls and emails....even after the purchase. I would recommend him highly to anyone I know. The rest of the staff were really nice as well. The person who gave us our indoctrination, Loyda, was wonderful. Yes, I said indoctrination. I've never had that before. Usually the salesman gives you a few minutes to maybe help you set up your phone and show you where some buttons are. This was different.....she actually hung out with us and spent an hour showing us everything in the car. She made sure we knew how to do everything, and helped us set up anything we asked her to. It was so nice! All in all - a great experience! More
