Well worth the trip. Most of the purchase details were easily handled by email and telephone eliminating unnecessary visits to the dealership. I'm a crabby old guy who doesn't tolerate drama, if they can make me a happy camper they are doing things right. My advice, don't buy anything Subaru without giving Sheila and A & T a serious look. After Service Manager John Capko took me for a test drive and showed me the parts in question, my questions and concerns were all addressed and needed adjustments were made. While some of my concerns where a matter of perception, everyone involved was considerate and interested in making sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. My confidence in the car was bolstered and I found the level of attention given by the A&T Subaru service team encouraging. Finding a service team that respects a person's investment and does quality work is becoming rare. The folks at A&T have been great to work with, so far - I look forward to more positive experiences.
