They have a lot of cars they buy from auctions. I highly recommend getting the cars inspected independently. I purchased a car on 12/24/20, paid it in full. Rihanna was nice to work with. Then it went downhill. They “owed” us a back up camera. We were told it was no big deal to install the camera. When I asked fo was nice to work with. Then it went downhill. They “owed” us a back up camera. We were told it was no big deal to install the camera. When I asked for an update on the camera, I was told a supervisor would call me. 1.5 weeks went by without a call. It took over a month and 2 visits to actually get the camera. On 2/1, we still did not have the title or the car tag. I was told the title would be mailed to me. It is now 2/12 and still no title. Each time I call the main office to ask about the title, I have to leave a message and no one calls me back. The title has been with ALM since 1/11. More
