I mentioned this each time I brought it in for service (Lindsay AND Acura Columbus) but was basically ignored and told new blades would fix the problem. It only got worse. In January I brought it in specifically for this issue after driving in sleet and getting a 2-3 inch frozen streak in my line of sight. Zach suggested that sometimes buffing the windshield worked....it didn’t. Finally, someone listened. Clay agreed with what I had thought all along....the problem was the arm! He ordered a new one but while installing it the windshield cracked. I haven’t had a chance to use the wipers but I’m optimistic that the problem is resolved. More

My sales person listened carefully to all my thoughts and then talked me through all the available choices. He then let me try several cars out so that I could get a better feel for my options. We then sat down as he wrote out all the pros and cons between the cars that I was debating between. ( I will say that I fell in love with every car that I drove). When it came down to how much I would get for my trade-in and they beat the price that I had in mind, well... it was a no brainer. Thanks Steven Ault for being so patient with me. More

Battery replacement My battery unexpectedly died (which is always the case, right?) I was able to get the car started and took it to Acura Columbus with no appointment a My battery unexpectedly died (which is always the case, right?) I was able to get the car started and took it to Acura Columbus with no appointment at about 4:30. They got me in right away and replaced the battery quickly. I was out in under about an hour. Exceptional Car Buying Experience I’ve been extremely please with my Acura TLX for over 4 years, but I stopped by Acura Columbus to see if they had anything new. As I was greeted by Jo I’ve been extremely please with my Acura TLX for over 4 years, but I stopped by Acura Columbus to see if they had anything new. As I was greeted by Jon Cross, I noticed the new TLX A-Spec sitting in the showroom. After my test drive experience, and a little negotiation, I was sold. Everyone at Acura Columbus was so friendly. Jon was excellent at answering my questions, showing me the new features, and explaining my options; which made the sale go very smoothly. Mark Savage assisted on the deal, and made me feel very welcomed while I was there. Adam Hannah made the financing easy as well. Really a good experience - I am very satisfied in my purchase and how smoothly everything went. I will buy from Acura Columbus again! More
