Scheduling - I appreciated Matthew and his ways to keep me informed upon my class that I had there. Class - Mike did a great job and we learned alot with his knowledge and my crazy questions. Service - I had a radio situation and it ended up that they would need to keep my vehicle which was o.k. They gave me a super nice loaner which I appreciated. Chris escorted me to my car in Service to pick up my needed items to use in the loaner car. The car wasn't ready until Tuesday and my appt. was on a Saturday but that was totally ok with that super nice loaner. They kept me informed every step of the way, it was fabulous and I appreciated the information along the way. My car came back cleaner than I took it in especially the windshield - Thank YOU all very much! More
Great service I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from because my battery died the day after purchasing my 2016 RDX. They acted like it was my fault and I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from because my battery died the day after purchasing my 2016 RDX. They acted like it was my fault and didn’t treat me well. So I took it to Acura of Columbus, they gave me a loaner and asked if they could keep my vehicle for multiple days. Turns out there was a faulty electrical switch causing my battery to drain. They took the time to figure out my problem instead of dismissing me as the other place did and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I won’t go anywhere else. The whole staff is great, courteous and they really care about getting the job done right More

We went back on several occasions and finally decided to purchase a used Acura from him (I say from him because I wa Dave McDonald was our sales rep. We went back on several occasions and finally decided to purchase a used Acura from him (I say from him because I was adamant that he foster the deal and receive the commission). Dave was wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable (surprising, considering he had only been on the job a few months), and spent inordinate amounts of time explaining things to us. The dealership was great, from the moment we walked on until the time we left with the car everyone was friendly and helpful without pushing us. They gave us a very good price and Todd from the service area walked my son through the entire service area and maintenance process (just because my 11-year-old son was interested). I have been to terrible dealerships in the past, as well as those that were just "okay", but this experience far exceeded my past ones. Would be happy to buy a car from them again. More
