So my last car buying experience was not a good one. I was honestly scared of going to another dealership. I was afraid of getting taken advantage of again. I was afraid of being talked down to and bullied by the staff and have them treat me like “you need us, we don’t need you. Take what we offer you and be happy.” That may sound overdramatic, but after my last experience, I was just honestly terrified. Thankfully, I worked with Steve and Ryan when I came to Acura Columbus. They were both amazing. They were so kind, they worked with me every step of the way, they didn’t make me feel judged, they didn’t make me feel rushed, they talked through things with me, they made me feel comfortable about the whole transaction and it honestly restored my faith in some dealerships. They even stayed after closing to help me out. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and what a relief it is to be out of my old car and into this new one. It takes such a burden off my shoulders to be in a safe vehicle. Steve and Ryan, thank you guys so much for everything!
