Service advisor said how worn my brakes are and needed to be replaced immediately. I’ll put the picture of the old brakes and new brakes side to side for everyone to make their opinion, If it lets me but It be replaced immediately. This is the second time this is done to me at this dealer, I now need to Double check their recommendations before blindly saying yes to any service. This dealer lacks honesty and is just looking for a quick dollar to make. More

recently purchased a used car from this dealer. They initially messed up the paperwork had me wait 2.5 to only have to come back next day. They did not inform me there’s was no second key fob and i They initially messed up the paperwork had me wait 2.5 to only have to come back next day. They did not inform me there’s was no second key fob and it was in back order so now me and my wife have share the one key. When you call and ask for info good luck getting a call back. Zero communication from the dealer. I’ve bought many cars in my life , this so far has the been the worst client experience. Zero due diligence on their part and zero follow through. Supposedly best Acura dealer in America ? Nothing about my experience would attest to that. More
