Customer service at the service center is non-existent. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change which should be a simple process. When I arrived there was no one to accept my vehicle and I had to I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change which should be a simple process. When I arrived there was no one to accept my vehicle and I had to go find the representative I had an appointment with. He advised me he was checking someone else in and should be with me shortly. Approximately 20 mins past my appointment time I was checked in. The simple oil change and I added tire rotation took over 2 hours. At no time did anyone advise me of an update and it was not until I went looking for an update did I see the mechanic bring my keys. My vehicle was not washed as I declined because I was advised it would be an additional 30mins. If I had accepted I would have been there for approximately 3 hours of my day. I have had multiple bad experiences at this particular service center. You are just a number and it really doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. I receive much better service from Sawgrass Ford when I take my other vehicle there. In and out without an appointment for an oil change in less than 45 minutes most times. If the ever run a bit longer than promised they always keep me up to date. Acura service has a lot to learn from other dealer that do a much better job. More
