Had to reschedule my 1st appt due to short staffing and 4 hour wait. Finally got the oil change on 9/8 and it wasn’t free like they promised when I bought the car back in March/April. When I called they said hour wait. Finally got the oil change on 9/8 and it wasn’t free like they promised when I bought the car back in March/April. When I called they said that it doesn’t always happen that way and the Service Advisor/Manager said that Sales doesn’t always relay that information to them. More
