I cannot express how wonderful I feel with the Hanania customer service and repair service. I go to them exclusively and I'm always extremely pleased with the results. Yes, they are more expensive then if customer service and repair service. I go to them exclusively and I'm always extremely pleased with the results. Yes, they are more expensive then if I went to a 3rd party repair shop, but I also know I would still not be able to continue driving my MDX with 187,000 miles. Jacob Thrift has always been my service advisor, and he is the best! He walks me through every repair, explains it and works with me in every aspect! He does not talk down to me, especially since I know very little about cars. My husband always took care of the cars until he passed away 7 years ago, and he even said continue taking to Hanania, they know what they are doing. Jacob deserves a raise! More
