He got me an Acura MDX My 2008 Acura MDX was in great condition for having 80.000 miles and I just turned over 178,000 miles after 4 years and have had zero problems. The tires and brakes both lasted 80,000 miles. and all I have done is have the timing belt and oil pump changed as recommended. Female Salespeople Get My Vote It was a pleasure working with Eileen at Acura of Peoria. I had visited another dealership and experienced the usual prototypical xxxxxxx salesman. Wh It was a pleasure working with Eileen at Acura of Peoria. I had visited another dealership and experienced the usual prototypical xxxxxxx salesman. When Eileen walked out, her demeanor was so relaxed and friendly that I did not realize she was a sales person! (This dealer doesn't have lot guys sitting outside waiting to pounce on any fresh meat that drives into the lot, so when a relaxed FEMALE came out to greet me, I didn't realize she was a salesperson!) Eileen's professionalism and relaxed demeanor continued from the first hello until I signed on the dotted line. I drove 40 miles to the dealership because of a specific car I saw online; however, I purchased from Acura of Peoria because of Eileen. For that alone I would give this dealership five stars. Other dealerships should get a clue and follow in Acura of Peoria's footsteps by creating a professional environment, AND hiring professional WOMEN like Eileen. Thanks Eileen for listening, being low-key, professional and making the car buying experience more pleasurable than visiting the dentist. (And we negotiated a decent price as well.) More

Amazing customer service. I live in El Paso Texas and had a bad experience with FOX ACURA, so decided to shop around for a good deal no the purchase of a 2016 MDX. Called Tucso I live in El Paso Texas and had a bad experience with FOX ACURA, so decided to shop around for a good deal no the purchase of a 2016 MDX. Called Tucson, Scottsdale and Acura of Peoria. I was directed to Chaz Spielvogel, he was on the ball since the start of the call. I told him straight up that there would be no negotiation, gave him a number and he made it happen. I got on a plane the next day and Chaz picked me up at the airport. Everybody at the dealership was polite and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Paperwork was ready, we did have a few hiccups during with some differences in registration requirements in Arizona and Texas, but Brian Peters stepped in to address the problem and really went out of his way to resolve it. Bottom line he did what was needed to assure that I was happy with the deal. I was planing to drive back to El Paso around 10:00 am but it took about three hours for us to straighten everything up, I do have to say that part of the delay was that Brian was in contact with Acura Financial to make sure that all everything was in order so I did not mind waiting. We finally had all the paperwork signed and Lexie Cremieux walked up to me and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the service and gave me a $50.00 gas card as a thank you for the delay. I ended up hitting the road about 2:00 pm arriving in El Paso around 9:00 pm to surprise my wife with her 2016 MDX for our 7th anniversary. The flight to Peoria and the 500 mile drive was more than worth it, got a car with $3,000 more in equipment, lower down and monthly payment than FOX ACURA in El Paso. The only thing that would have been good was if they had paid my $250 dollar plane ticket something that Cadillac of Albuquerque did 3 years earlier when I leased a 2012 SRX, maybe they will get back to me with a check for the ticket, making it a no brainer for all the referrals I am sending over to make the trip. Sad that FOX ACURA of El Paso thinks it can take advantage of customers because they are the only ACURA dealership, I will make sure to tell all my friends to consider saving $5,000 for a short trip to Phoenix. Thank you Chaz, Brian and Lexie you are proof that not all Car Salespeople are shady and that you understand what customer service should be. I am 98% happy with the process, take care of my plane ticket and you will get the 100% that you deserve. More

Even though the vehicles looked out of this world, after the lot attendants got a hold of it, it looked out of this universe. There was not a single thing I could find wrong with the car, it was cleaned perfectly and it was shiny. I have been driving my beautiful car for a little bit now and I have never loved a car as much as I do this one. The Acura product gets amazing gas mileage, has a great design, lots of power, lots of control, and it makes every other brand look like garbage. Why buy a Lexus, when you can buy a car that is three times better and is cheaper. You just can't beat an Acura. I will never ever buy a different brand for the rest of my life, because Acura is the only brand I will ever want. Thank you Acura for being the best. More

But after my first buying experience with Acura of Peoria I couple of years ago for my wife's car, I did not hesitate to return for a car for my daughter and look forward to going in in the near future for a car for myself. The staff is not pushy and everyone knows their stuff. I especially loved the fact that I was never recalled to fill out "missed paperwork" as the other dealerships often do. Jorge was Very Knowledgeable and Arts Expertise made the choosing the right vehicle a choice not an option. These are the cars I want to drive not the cars we have to drive. More
