Mike King took great care of us when we went to get our complimentary oil change. He made sure the car was taken care of and he was incredibly polite. I have dealt with Ryan on three occasions. First, I got an oil change and he was professional and polite during our interaction. Later that day, the AC on our vehicle started having issues. I took it back to the dealer but unfortunately they were unable to duplicate the problem. I don't blame Ryan or the dealership because the problem was hard to pin point and it was rather sporadic at the time. The problem finally became obvious about two weeks later. I called the service department and they put me in contact with Ryan. Again, he was professional and very kind. I wanted to show him the problem and although he was busy, he found a technician to accompany me on a ride around the block so I could show someone the problem. I dropped the car off at 10AM and it was ready by 4PM. Ryan called to tell me that the finally located the source of the problem and it was covered under warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for anything. Ryan also made sure to have the car washed and the AC re-charged at no extra fee because this was my second time coming back for the same issue. I really appreciated the level of class, customer service and attentiveness provided by Ryan and everyone else at Acura of Peoria. Their service team makes my vehicle's issues a top priority even though I don't own an Acura. I appreciate everything they do and they have earned another loyal customer! More
I needed to visit the service center due to a recall notice for my 2004 MDX. Mike King was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer the questions I had about my car even though they were not r notice for my 2004 MDX. Since I needed to stay at the dealership while the work was done I was able to visit with Alex Gonzalez about some of the new features on the newer models of the MDX and the RDX. He was able to give me some information to consider for the future. More
This was my 3rd car from Doug and this Dealership. I have nothing but praise for all involved and will for sure be coming back for my next car. I want to first of by saying I typically never rate, or provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork at another dealer when I decided to call Acura of Peoria. When Ben Quail picked up the phone I cut straight to the point and let him know what I was looking for (price, milage, etc) he indicated he would beat whatever dealership! At first I was very apprehensive but Ben was a man of his word, within 10 minutes I as able to negotiate a deal with him over the phone and within a few hours I picked up my new car. From the beginning to the end it was exactly what Ben promised me over the phone. When I went to pick up the car Jorge Gomez assisted me with the final paper work and trade in for my existing Acura. Jorge was professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes. I could not be any happier with my experience with Acura of Peoria and will definitely do business with them again. More

I am a Saab owner for many years and recently lost my 1993 Saab 900 Convertible in an accident and needed to replace the vehicle. I wanted another Saab 9.5 (I have a 2002 Saab 9.5 with 230K miles on it) 1993 Saab 900 Convertible in an accident and needed to replace the vehicle. I wanted another Saab 9.5 (I have a 2002 Saab 9.5 with 230K miles on it) with low milage as our cross-country vehicle. We put between 22K and 25K a year on that car. In looking on-line at the several web sites that list cars for sale, I found 8 Saab 9.5s with less than 100K miles on them all out of state. Until this car I bought from Peoria Acura through Charles Myers, I had not found any Saabs in Arizona. It was a new listing and I immediately went to Peoria Saab, met with Charles who showed me the car which had just came in the night before and had not been serviced or cleaned up. It had 60K miles on the speedometer, and was the right color. Charles said that he would have it cleaned up and we could test drive it the next day with my wife, Lorane. The next day they had the car cleaned up so that it looked better than new. We took a test drive, and the car performed better than I anticipated. We returned to the dealership and negotiated a price that was in the area I was ready to pay. We agreed that i could have the car examined by my mechanic at Swedish Motors which I did, and we settled for the car on Friday of last week. I am now 83, an Engineer who knows cars intimately. I have bought many cars over the years and went through many negotiations to get the car and price I was willing to pay! This purchase was probably the best negotiation and agreement to final purchase price I have ever had on either a new or used car in my life. It was a most pleasant experience I was very impressed with Charles who went out of his way to be sure that the car was ready for me to test drive and, working with the Sales Manager Paul Brown, helped us reach a price that was agreeable to both of us. Courtesy and understanding of the issues was the rule of the day. This dealership should be proud of the way it does business, the people it hires to conduct that business and the impression it deliberately strives to leave with its customers. I specifically want to thank Charles for his soft and thoughtful way of helping me and Paul for making the negotiations un-stressful. Richard and Lorane Humphries More
