A very nice salesman, Jim Galbraith, explained everything and was very up front about the pricing. We drove almost 60 miles to purchase the car I had been looking for for a while. Paolo Suarez took over from Jim (they do not work on commission) to do the paperwork. He was very nice and professional. The finance guy, Ray Sitter, was super great, explained all the loan stuff and we drove off with the car. I could not be happier and I will recommend Advantage Chevrolet to all my friends and family. What a great experience. I arrived a bit early for my oil change and tire rotation appointment. The Service Writer was very friendly and professional. About 30 minutes later, the work was complete, and my Tahoe was washed. When you pay for diagnostics of the charging system, starter, and battery you expect to see and report and test strip. Not that your battery failed and needs to be replaced. I knew the battery needed to be replaced, but I want the others systems checked since my truck is 8 years old. My advisor didn't care about not delivering what he said he would happen. Bur he made sure he charged me and didn't care I was not happy. It's a shame he didn't take better care of me. We own 2 Chevy's and I was looking for a dealership closer to home and more convenient. We do ALL of our maintenance at the dealership. Not just oil changes. Brakes, tires, wipers, filters, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission service, front and rear diff service, and the transfer case. We spend a lot of money making sure our cars are reliable.
