My main complaint was the price I was quoted for a broken car radio connection. It was just a cable that is broken, but they wanted to sell me a new radio. The quote was so high I just left. It was my fault for agreeing to pay $179 for diagnostics. It was foolish of me because I knew what was wrong. I expected the quote for the work to be around $500 to $600, with the diagnostics going toward that cost. But to be quoted $1,800 was such a shock I just walked out. I feel bad that I wasted $179 and I will not be back for service at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins. More
