Purchased new tires one year ago from dealer. Two months ago, both front tires (with 9,000 miles on them) started to lose air. Brought car to dealer to have tires serviced/inspected and was told Two months ago, both front tires (with 9,000 miles on them) started to lose air. Brought car to dealer to have tires serviced/inspected and was told both tires were completely worn through to the metal bands as the result of the dealer's faulty wheel alignment during the original install of new tires. Dealer refused to refund me for original tires and charged me for two new ones. More

Visit did not feel welcoming. Customer service rep seemed uninterested to help the moment I refused to any upsell. Since 1971 I have purchased many cars including Ferrari Testarosa, Acura NSX, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac etc. Joslynn Keys was my new car salesperson at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkin; IL. I found her to be Testarosa, Acura NSX, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac etc. Joslynn Keys was my new car salesperson at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkin; IL. I found her to be very professional, pinnacle of patience, sincere and above all did not push me “to buy the car now”, as most car sales people do. I was very comfortable with her knowledge of the Malibu and she answered all my questions to my satisfaction. These and her friendly personality convinced me, Advantage Chevrolet is the dealership from whom I should purchase my new car and I did. In spite of the present scarcity of cars, the dealership offered a substantial discount from the MSRP. I am glad I met Joslynn and will not hesitate to have her as my salesperson for my next vehicle from Advantage Chevrolet.
