I DID NOT receive this discount upon review of my receipt. Terrible customer service especially for me being a new customer! I may move my service location back to Advantage Bolingbrook as they OFFERED the specials to me. The Service Department manager contacted me after my initial review. Thank you! More

Had issues getting details of repair costs and why warranty or extended warranty would not cover repairs. Dealer would not return calls and didn't event inform us when repair was completed requiring u warranty or extended warranty would not cover repairs. It was a great experience and Joslyn was outstanding. She took her time with showing prices of used vehicles we seen in the lot. Went over buying options and showed us the new 2023 traverse which my wife She took her time with showing prices of used vehicles we seen in the lot.
