Advantage Chevrolet performed a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. Their inspection was fairly detailed and provided me with the inform for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. Their inspection was fairly detailed and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision on whether to buy the car or not. I did have to dig a little when talking to the technician about the condition of the transmission and clutch (since I am out of state, I couldn't drive the car to see if it felt as though there were any wear concerns about such things). Finally, the price for the inspection was higher than any pre-purchase inspection I've had done before. I was pleased with the results of the inspection and the professional interaction with my contact at the dealership. More

I was left stranded & I know it should have been covered by warranty ! I own a 2021 car ! Now I a disputing a tow bill for $500 since per CHEVY AT HODGKINS CAN PAY. The only reason why I went that far to buy a car , was becuase my family members have been buying cars from them for decades. VERY VERY UPSET. I had to Beg !!!!! For a loan car ! UNBELIEVABLE ! Had to pay another $55 dollars to get to them! They really have to work on their customer service! I know what’s covered and what is not and it was not offered to me! It More
