Advantage has sent over 3 rating systems to get my feedback with various surveys, all of which I rated outstanding, The Service was top notch, got in, did the work and did it well. Now this last s feedback with various surveys, all of which I rated outstanding, The Service was top notch, got in, did the work and did it well. Now this last survey is demanding at least 15 words and to rate the service person I worked How about - quit wasting my time with your numerous feedback surveys! Now since this survey came at least a week after the service, and since the great update texts and videos have long been deleted from my device, I cant select the service tech who did the work- so your loss. If I get another survey from Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins clogging up my communications, I will NEVER use you again. So Great service BUT Incessant feedback whores. More
