I waited to respond to give them an opportunity to get this right. I even told the person who called asking for feedback that she wanted to wait until they do as they promised because my feedback was not this right. I even told the person who called asking for feedback that she wanted to wait until they do as they promised because my feedback was not going to be good. Initially my experience was pleasant but then it got worse as I begin to move closer to purchasing which is why I gave 2 stars. The sales manager Charlie Watson promised me a warranty but then tried to go back on the deal after the car was paid for. He tried to make it seem like he did so much for me on this deal and kept bringing it up like I needed to be reminded of a great deal that I shouldn't have got. Then when he finally sent me the warranty via email the documents were invalid and pointed this out to him. He then had someone send over other new documents that was completely different from the original documents as there were only a few areas that I questioned. This makes me skeptical that you are playing with my intelligence just to shut me up and of course I questioned this. I don't think he liked the fact that I had questions. I am not a little kid that is happy to get a piece of candy on Halloween. I am making a major purchase for my child who is in college and depends on the safety and security of this vehicle to get back and forth to school. I made this clear from the beginning. So, what am I to believe at this point? I felt like he did not respect me as a female car buyer. He had a business manager call me; I was not satisfied with the response, but he ensured me that everything with the warranty would be okay. Well, guess what I took the car in, and they can't find anything on the warranty. Now I am reaching out to get this resolved. I want this rectified ASAP. As a female, I expect the same respect that is given to male purchasers. Do not try to fast-talk me. It won't work. Do not try to use Jedi mind tricks to say you seem like you are confused, and you don't want to make me make a purchase I will regret. As I told him then and I stand by this, no one makes me do anything. If the terms and conditions were not right, I won't be making a purchase. This is not my first rodeo. I am highly capable of understanding business and contractual law. If your job is to sell me a car, then do that. Do not assume what I know and don't know. I do not get mesmerized by the bells and the whistles. The product can sell itself, but it is your job to match the benefits to my needs and show me why a particular vehicle is best for me. If you can't do a deal, say that because there are other dealers who can, it may be a different vehicle but in the end the buyer will get what is best for them and their budget. If I have a question, I expect you to answer it honestly without all the unnecessary add-libs. The sales process does not end once money exchange hands. In fact, this is when it begins in my opinion. This is an even more crucial time because now the relationship building begins. This is how you get repeat customers and referrals. I have purchased new cars since I was 20 years old, and I must admit that this was not the best experience. In fact, it was the most uncomfortable and unbelievable. I would think with each time it would only get better but not in this case. I should not have to do all the follow up for corrections that I have done. Where are the apologies for my inconvenience? Where is your accountability? Times are hard and people are still making every effort possible to make purchases. That should mean something in this world. Everything I stated that I was going to do, I did. I expect dealers to do the same. Charlie would get 1 star Dennis would get 2 stars only because I still had issues with the warranty after he sent it and I spoke to him and I was told there would be no issues. More

Great prices, great service. Studied multiple different dealers and sites and Advantage gave me the best deal on a used car. Had an issue (not their fault) that I found with my newly-purchased used car and dealers and sites and Advantage gave me the best deal on a used car.
