Waited a week for my part to come in. I kept getting the run around from parts department. I contacted my service advisor to ask what part was ordered and a part number he was unaware of what part was even run around from parts department. I also asked for a rental or sales loaner to drive while my part comes in since I am unable to drive my vehicle at the moment and he was trying to charge me $45 per day when the rental should be covered under warranty like any other dealership. I called a different dealership they were able to take my vehicle in right away and provide me with a loaner while my vehicle was getting worked on. More

Don't buy a car from this dealer! Don't buy your car from this dealer! They are super helpful... until you write the check! Literally, still at the dealership and the salesman took t Don't buy your car from this dealer! They are super helpful... until you write the check! Literally, still at the dealership and the salesman took the check and didn't come back. We were there for at least another hour, while we were "next in line" to finalize our paperwork. We had to find our salesman to ask where the car mats were, he said there aren't any. We complained to the manager, ultimately they gave the key to me and told me I can check the trunk. I did, it was a really cold wet snow / rainy day. They told us we would get free car washes at either this or Bolingbrook location. I drove to Bolingbrook, they don't do free car washes. Finally, less than 45 days from purchase, we were driving at night on the busy highway, during a rainstorm. The driver side wiper hyper extended and wrapped, stuck around the driver's side window. Really scary! We couldn't see. When I called the dealer, they notified me that the car has no warranty and was not certified (thought it was) so there is nothing they can do. The call was escalated and I told the story 5 times. Car problems within 45 days of purchase, but it is a mechanical issue so they cannot help???? Don't buy your car here. More

All over $10??? I wont be back I want to express my disappointment with my last service Visit. long story short. I had a coupon for 49.99 Mark stated that my car (2015 Impala) too I want to express my disappointment with my last service Visit. long story short. I had a coupon for 49.99 Mark stated that my car (2015 Impala) took 6Qtz and the charge would be 59.99. When I get my receipt and paper work it documents that 5 Qtz was used. I go back to Mark and he already knowing the issue has me (the customer) reexplain to philipe. I show Philipe the paper work and he is immediately argumentative and raising his voice (To a customer). Instead of going by my paper work and refunding my $10, He (Falsifies) new paper work to show 6Qtz without being able to confirm with his technicians. All over $10. I have my original paper work and the falsified one philipe created. More
