All over $10??? I wont be back I want to express my disappointment with my last service Visit. long story short. I had a coupon for 49.99 Mark stated that my car (2015 Impala) too I want to express my disappointment with my last service Visit. long story short. I had a coupon for 49.99 Mark stated that my car (2015 Impala) took 6Qtz and the charge would be 59.99. When I get my receipt and paper work it documents that 5 Qtz was used. I go back to Mark and he already knowing the issue has me (the customer) reexplain to philipe. I show Philipe the paper work and he is immediately argumentative and raising his voice (To a customer). Instead of going by my paper work and refunding my $10, He (Falsifies) new paper work to show 6Qtz without being able to confirm with his technicians. All over $10. I have my original paper work and the falsified one philipe created. More

Worst Experience Ever!!! I have had the worse experience ever with a brand new car. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu last year with I believe 8 miles on it and in a years I have had the worse experience ever with a brand new car. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu last year with I believe 8 miles on it and in a years time my car has been in the shop 3 times with major issues. I have had more issues out of a brand new car than I've ever had in a used one. After 6 months of having my car the ECM board (the brain of the car) went bad. Anytime those things go bad, the car will continue to have issues. I asked at that point to just put me in something else. They refused to do that and told me the car is covered under warranty for 3 yrs or 36,000 whichever comes first. well months later, my check engine light came on and my car would jerk if I am sitting at a light. They told me it was some type of module and had it replaced. At this point I am livid. Not even one month later, my radio was having issues. I will turn my car off, go in the house, come back out to my car and guess what, my radio is still on in my car. Now today, I am waiting for them to order a part for my car because it is making some roaring noise. They didn't even know what it was. someone had to tell them what needed to be fixed. So I'm paying a car note on a lemon. Who knows what is going to go wrong with the car after the warranty runs out. This is the worse thing I've ever experienced. I go to buy something reliable and get something worse than my 2002 Toyota Corolla. More
